My daughter Leilani has been coming to Pediatric Therapy for more than 9 months now and the improvement in her speech is AMAZING. I can't even begin to explain how grateful I am to Ms Daniella, she has been so patient with her and she loves working with her! Sad to know that today is her last session but I know that is a good thing because she accomplished her goal. Highly recommend! All the staff is friendly including the receptionist.
I would not recommend if you would’ve asked me two years ago I definitely would have recommended after my daughter had her referral. They had lost a speech therapist due to finding another job. They completely kicked my daughter from doing speech therapy so we had to restart the whole referral process, which shouldn’t take long, but unfortunately, the case managers don’t care they have an attitude on the phone. Bad service, Never take this place's reference. I've called twice, no one answers the phone. They send you to leave a message and no one returns your call. I've had this reference for over a month and they send me a message that I never answer their calls. Terrible service. Never ask for this chain, the service is terrible.
I never got the chance to experience a therapist, so they could be wonderful. However, I submitted all my information and was stuck at the point of waiting for the case manager to call me for over a month. I called several times, left several messages, and the front office staff said they also sent direct texts to her. When I finally called back upset, the case manager was not available again but when she called the next day they reported that they didn’t have a therapist in house to do what was needed.
