We canceled our tank & they picked it up last Friday. They were quick to pick it up! FULL TANK. Tell me WHY you pulled from my bank after we asked multiple times, you confirmed!! That it had been canceled! So I expect a full refund NOW.. the $100 rental fee AND MY LEFTOVER PROPANE. this is why we stopped working with Cole Propane. You force us to use automatic payments and then act surprised when it comes out. Do your job right the first time if you cancel a payment, cancel the payment. Have a lovely day, Karen.
Wish I didn't have to drop off my 100Ib cylinders in lomira to get them filled and had a station here in FDL. Maybe there's a reason but just would be more convenient. Otherwise they're great! -- UPDATE, They have helped me locate a larger LP tank and now they come and fill it for me. Great company to do business with. Recommend!
Switched to Cole from Merwin, best decision I have made as a homeowner! Cole Oil bills us fairly and everyone has had a great attitude we have worked with so far between the install and monthly deliveries! Our bill is also about 1/3 of what it was with Merwin, Coles listed price may appear higher but when you're getting billed fairly they are far cheaper than the competition! Would recommend them to everyone!
