I was visiting at these apartments this morning. I am disappointed at how loud the noise was coming from the apartment above. you could hear them talking, walking and the dog barking the entire time. It was absolutely the most annoying visit ever. We had to leave and go to a coffee shop to continue out conversation. I don't feel that this is fair to the people paying monthly rent.
