Pulled up for an unscheduled oil change.. 8 quart, synthetic oil, tire rotation, car wash, and took care of my recall, all, under an hour.. 69.95 for oil change/rotation.. car wash free.. great service. Technicians were friendly and helpful also..
I am a consumer advocate and have been dealing with Ben Way and Aaron Pearce to resolve a mechanical issue. Although they weren’t able to resolve it 100% (No fault of theirs) they were willing to do what they could at dealership level. Aaron as the General Manager took the time to listen to what our concerns were and gave constructive advice on how to deal with it. All the Staff at Cole- Krum is very nice and extremely helpful, and they have a very good Service Department too. I would have given them 5 stars, but I didn't want them to get big headed.
Horrible experience! I was told $60 for a diagnosis over the phone. I called again and was told $98. Then, after they couldn't figure it out, it ended up being $160 just for a diagnosis with no fix! They wanted just under a grand to fix it. I went to a parts store and bought the part for $177 and spent 20 minutes. Done! You would think that after buying a $30k truck there 3 years ago that they would take care of you.
