We have been working with Barbara for over 20 years now and there just are not enough positives I could give her. Professional, courteous, extremely knowledgable, goes out of her way to assist, takes the confusion out of the process of gaining financial independence. Such a terrible customer service from this company. Misleading information. Poor system. No follow up. Doesn't take ownership. Can't imagine when it comes to the claim time. What will happen??? Don't go with this insurance company. SAY NO TO COLES INSURANCE!!!
