Cole Heating damaged my equipment beyond repair by leaving poorly trained techs on their own. Poor customer service and very rude owners. Unfortunately I found out later about the very poor rep they have in the area. I often see their service vehicle in liquor store parking lots and it's not there for service. Be careful who you allow to work on your system.
Rude owners...damaged my equipment. Save yourself some grief get a company with a good reputation in the area.
