Intake call for service inquiry was professional and friendly. Mike came out and surveyed our issue and need. He provided options for a remedy in an understandable manner (we are not tech savvy). Mike will be returning to help us with a new system. Recommend!

Mike drove down our ski slope driveway on a very rainy day to install a new PC for me. Most people park the vehicle up top and walk down! The installation process was seamless, setting up and transfering files and photos over from my ancient PC. Cole Computer Service is the best. So happy with the results.
They showed up right on time and were very efficient in getting our new laptop set up and all data transferred! They also looked at another computer and quickly diagnosed the problem and offered several solutions!
