Great experience with Cole Computer Services! Professional, knowledgeable, and quick to get everything taken care of. Highly recommend them for any computer or IT needs!
We recently had Cole Computer Services come out to our office to help set up computers and transfer from older Surface Pro to a new one. The process was smooth from start to finish. Scheduled our appointment, provided quality work, on time, efficient, answered questions and my only regret was not calling them before I spent time I didn’t need to! They are now our go to!
When my laptop suddenly crashed, I had to ship it away for warranty repair but needed the hard drive downloaded so I wouldn't lose all my files during a factory re-set. On extremely short notice and although fully booked, Cole squeezed me in and Mike came out and successfully extracted the hard drive from my laptop and copied all my data onto an external drive. I am grateful beyond words and can't praise Mike enough for his persistence, technical competence, and friendly demeanor in getting the job done.
Mike came to our house and got us back up and running in no time, he was very knowledgeable and answered any questions we had. Would definitely recommend Cole computer service.
