I spilled a large mug of coffee on my laptop. Mike of Cole's computer service came out to the house within a day, picked up the broken computer, and contacted me within hours to give me an update. Mike was able to save my files and everything I needed onto a USB, gave me recommendations for a new laptop based on my needs, and provided great information regarding protection for my new computer (i.e. using Microsoft Defender instead of predatory McAfee). They were really great I called them out to look at my Mom's computer. Such wonderful and talented business people! I had some issues with my laptop that needed an urgent fix as I was working. They fixed it super quickly and then wouldn't accept payment as they said it was an easy fix. They worked on an older laptop that wouldn't power on and helped us recover files before disposing it
Mike and Bev are lifesavers. My husband handled all of our bills and computer needs but suffered an accident last year that left him blind and now in an adult family home. I saw Cole Computer advertised at the grange and took a chance. I have so much stress in my life now but Bev was very compassionate and sent Mike out to help me right away. Mike is awesome.
