When my laptop suddenly crashed, I had to ship it away for warranty repair but needed the hard drive downloaded so I wouldn't lose all my files during a factory re-set. On extremely short notice and although fully booked, Cole squeezed me in and Mike came out and successfully extracted the hard drive from my laptop and copied all my data onto an external drive. I am grateful beyond words and can't praise Mike enough for his persistence, technical competence, and friendly demeanor in getting the job done.
Mike came to our house and got us back up and running in no time, he was very knowledgeable and answered any questions we had. Would definitely recommend Cole computer service.
I contacted Bev after I saw she had made a post on my community page. I had an old computer that had stopped working. On this computer I had all of my daughter's baby pictures and my parents had old family pictures. For years this computer sat at my parents house because we didn't know where to take it. When I reached out to Bev she was prompt and helpful. She assured me they do this type of work all the time. I set up an appt and Mike came out to my house to pick up the computer. Bev & Mike are amazing. They answer the phone everytime, discuss the issue and schedule to come to you very quickly. They will squeeze you in even earlier if at all possible. They take excellent care of me everytime. I highly recommend Cole Computer Service!
