I hired Steve in Oct/Nov of 2019. He was paid to do my divorce. We ended up agreeing to a dissolution and signed all the paperwork in Steve's office. Steve called and told me everything had been filed with the courts. In Feb of 2020 by ex backed out of the dissolution and I told Steve to continue with the divorce. Like everyone else, Fannin took my payment for years; claiming to have filed dozens of documents that he never did. We've been working together for about six years now, and have accomplished absolutely nothing but get further behind. Beware!!!! Hired to write Wills and Trust for myself and my husband. Paid 1500.00 when we sat down to answer questions. No return phone calls no return emails for 4 months. I then filed a grievance with the Bar Association, that prompted a call to meet him at his office he hands me a thumbdrive and says everything is on this.
