. Last year my PCP gave me a shot of cortisone and prescribed physical therapy. While it did help my lower back pain somewhat, I still had a lot of pain after any physical activity. I had never been to a Chiropractor before going to Dr. Cole. I was skeptical and afraid. Dr. Cole took time listening to my issues and medical history. I came to Dr. Cole with pain from a bulging disc. I've been to many doctors, none of which really took the time to help or offer a solution. Dr. Cole helped me with adjustments and therapy but he also took the time to teach me a lot about diet. He made it simple to understand and follow. I've experienced pain relief plus I've lost weight from eating a healthier diet. Dr. Cole and his wife are very friendly, kind people. I would highly recommend Dr. Cole!
Dr. Cole has helped me tremendously with migraine relief. I used to get multiple severe migraines per month that would interfere with my life and even cause me to miss work.
