I was not impressed with the service department. I was told when I dropped my truck off Wednesday morning that everything would be completed that day. It was in for an oil change, fuel filter change, alignment and the back window needed resealed. I re confirmed with Austin that it would be completed today when I dropped it off. I called at 5pm to see where they were at with progress and was told that the body shop had to order the new seal and they would be able to compete it first thing Thursday. Service was excellent and prompt. Joel did a great job handling our maintenance needs and we will definitely be back.
It has been a welcoming place and a great experience. Mark Arnold has been so helpful.
Mark "Goose" Arnold was very helpful in getting us into a brand new truck & car. He was prompt, friendly & knowledgeable and got us in & out fairly quickly. I would definitely suggest talking to him if you're in the market for a new vehicle. Thanks Goose!
