great experience buying 2 cars for our business
We were traveling and needed to have a fuel filter replaced. They got us in right away. Everyone was really nice, service was fast and they even washed our pickup for us.
They will tell you the theft Deterrent is not optional but Assurant which is the company the contract is through will tell you it is. Cole would not remove this warranty but Assurant will as it states right on the contract it's optional. I have bought my last 5 vehicles from Cole and taken them all there for service since 2018 and this last interaction has lost them a loyal customer and all referrals from me. I purchased a brand-new 2025 Chevy Trax from Pocatello Chevrolet, and it has been nothing but a nightmare. After only about 700 miles, the car suddenly showed an “Engine Power Reduced” message and had to go in for major repairs. They told me the turbo needed to be fixed, and after two weeks of waiting, I finally got the car back. Now, less than one day, the car is already having transmission problems.
