Keaton was very easy to work with and not pushy at all. He made sure I had everything I needed and was quick!
I want to make it clear to start that the salesman, Keaton, did an amazing job. He was responsive to my questions and concerns and worked with me to get a fair price. Never once was he pushy. After he handed me off to the finance person things went downhill. He kept pushing the extended warranty on me despite my multiple statements that I did not want it. I think I had to tell him at least 4 times. I have to say that implying that the manufacturer wouldn’t honor their warranty nearly cost them the sale. I told him from the b... read more
I would highly recommend buying from these guys. Super professional, took the time to work with us to get an interest rate/price that is perfect, and communication was excellent. Ashton and Trevor were especially great to work with. I bought my 2020 GMC Denali from them and I would recommend anyone looking for a new or used vehicle to go through Cole Chevrolet in Pocatello.
This July, my wife and I had the opportunity to work with Trevor Fitch on purchasing a 2022 Ford F250.
