Cole Chev has poor service. The Cadillac brand is very expensive, and a poorly built car! Cole couldn’t fix it after a ridiculous amount of times in the shop! After it’s out of warranty, I take it to another shop and they find the problem on the 1st try! The worst SUV I’ve owned. I would take a Lincoln Navigator over an Escalade ANYTIME!
