Charlie Williams was a pleasure to work with and well informed regarding available rebates and car functions. Overall good experience.
Had first 3500 mile service at 4000 miles, big Michigan vacation plan. Got 600 miles on our trip and the lug nuts came off, sheared the stems and almost lost the wheel When they get busy I would avoid service. They had every excuse in the book, and very little help when I called to see if I needed to have the work rechecked - no help at all and quite difficult barely able to get a word in edgewise. I made an appointment 8:00 am 4/18/25 for the transmission recall on my 2020 CT5. I was informed that the procedure could take up to 3 hours, I live about an hour away from the dealership so I made plans to spend the morning in the area. At 12:08 I reached out via text to the service advisor about a completion time and was told by Rebecca Shelton that there was no estimate because they were at the mercy of the software.
