I have really enjoyed the service at Cole Nissan as of late. In the past it was horrible the people was not kind so I vowed never to come back. But I had a lot planned and didn’t have the time to travel to another Nissan dealership so I gave them one more try. Well I’ve been back about 10 times because Greg is so professional and nice. And yes my car gets what is needed the right way and I don’t have to return for the same initial problem.
Morgan Lilly and the whole Coles team made my vehicle trading/buying experience the easiest I’ve ever had with any dealership. Morgan went above and beyond to make sure all of my questions were answered, any worries I had were alleviated quickly. The whole experience with Coles and their team was outstanding.
We are from Ohio and we broke down on the highway heading to Charlotte. We called Cole Nissan and they got us in right away. Everyone there was extremely nice and Greg in service went above and beyond to get us back on the highway. Thank you to everyone at Cole Nissan!!
