I’ve had exemplary service at their Detail and Service Departments. Also, a big shout out to Dalton in their Business Office as he has always provided me with professional guidance.
The Bill Cole team was the absolute best. They were friendly and knowledgeable. Fast service for an oil change and tire rotation took 30 minutes.
The sales staff had the Princeton location were very courteous and easy to work with. A couple of weeks after purchase, I did encounter some issues with the clock spring in my steering wheel. When approaching the service staff about this initially, things were a little rocky. However, in the end, Greg and his team did everything they could to rectify the situation. For this, I’m grateful and would highly recommend.
