I have been acquainted with Mr. Cole for several years. I think he s a very knowledgeable appraiser with a lot of experience in his market. I would recommend him.
I do not like the way Mr. Cole handles his business. He was not willing to work with my closing schedule, and it took him over 3 weeks to submit the completed report to the mortgage company. I have talked with other appraisers in the area and 1 to 2 weeks is customary. When we talked he stated that it would be two weeks. Instead it was over 3 and I had to call and hound him the last week.
