I do not recommend Cole Air. We experienced multiple issues - from an improperly installed unit to unprofessional and seemingly unqualified technicians. Parts would supposedly take months to get it, even though another company could easily get the part. On top of that, we received untimely and random bills that made the experience even more frustrating. We tried several times to give Cole another chance, but finally had enough. It was one headache after another.

These are the sweetest people ever! Mark came and fixed us up on a weekend. We also use them at work. Good honest folks! I won’t use anyone else. I would recommend them to all my friends!

I bought a washer and dryer nov. 24. the dryer went out nov. 17 so factory said cole will fix it. it took them till after christmas to fix it. then the washer went out jan.6.called cole the 7 .they came out looked at it and said they would order part then. It is now march and they said the part is on back order. This company is a sorry excuse to do business with. please don,t use this company to fix any thing at your home.

Mixed feelings about this place. Caused damage to our house from bad install. Argued with us about the problem then fixed half the problem that went on for a couple years! The owner was VERY hard to get on the phone or meet up there to solve this problem….seemed like this was on purpose. There was absolutely nobody else that was second in command to deal with situation but the owner made himself unavailable until I kept going up there and started getting mad.
