DaVan Gassett from Coldwell Bank Realty is one of the most unprofessional realtors I have ever encountered. I toured a property that he was representing in Sycamore township. DaVan had explicitly told my real estate agent that he would close the listing as soon as he received an our offer. We had written that offer immediately.
