Chris Holbrook from Caldwell did us an excellent service. He looked at our home and told us what he thought we could get out of it. He was very friendly and easy to work with. We ended up getting what he thought it would sell for. He was always good to communicate with us. I would call him and he would answer or get back to me in timely manner. My wife and I have moved around quite a bit (thanks to government work), and this realtor experience was very average. We worked with Thomas Frye, who is a very nice and charismatic gentleman, but it’s very obvious that he’s brand new to real estate. He had very little guidance, and had us reaching out to him the majority of the time. Thomas will be a good realtor, he just needs a lot more experience before he is.
