They’re straight up price gouging they don’t care about you they care about THEIR money that’s it
I just called Coldwell to potentially give them business in different realms of Real Estate. The secretary was very short and hung up on me before I finished my last questions. Sheesh...
They refused to even go out to my house for a market appraisal. Secretary hanged up on me within two minutes. For a real estate brokerage to refuse to do service without even attempting to understand a potential client, it is disgraceful.
