If you're looking for a realtor in Olds, if you're going as a buyer, avoid Coldwell Banker Vision. Really, don't go there at all, except if you work with Ray. By mistake, do not go to Martin or his wife. He is the worst or worst kind of realtor in Olds. He thinks he's very smart, but when he lists properties in Olds, he books showings for other places and points out only the negative points, just to sell his own property. So, be aware of these kinds of people. He is a terrible realtor, so don't go to Martin or his wife.
