Please do not go with this company. If you decide to leave their agency due to fake and fraudulent information that they gave to clients about your property they will attempt to hold your house hostage. This is completely illegal and they can lose their licenses. They’re not respectful and they treat you like an idiot. They don’t start contracts in a timely manner and they will run buyers off by saying that your house “needs work,” without answering potential buyers questions. We worked with Aysa Morehead for several months until we found the house we wanted around Kingston. She is an excellent listener, really understood what we were looking for, and worked really hard until we found our home. She is very responsive, attentive, answered our questions quickly and clearly, and always made us feel that we were a priority for her even in this super busy market. She was tough with the sellers and was a strong negotiator. We strongly recommend Aysa, it was great working with her.
We just closed on a house in Kingston with Aysa Morehead as the buyers agent and can't recommend her enough. In such a heated market, she made our entire homebuying process miraculously easy. We hadn't done this before, so she helped explain each step clearly, and helped us understand what to worry about and what to ignore. She even ferried us all around Ulster County when our car blew a tire! She is the best.
