They just want the landlord stick with them till the end of their lives if you don’t read their template property management contract carefully (all traps). I completed a rental application for a property with this company. I wasn't informed of their application process properly by them, and I asked for proof that the application was processed and they failed to provide it. I have written an email requesting my application fees refunded for not providing proof that the service I paid for was done. And I got an email stating that they didn't need to provide proof because they have on their records they did their jobs. If so why can't they provide proof?
