Last Friday they placed a lot on sale without properly verifying who the rightful owner is. My cousins and I are the owners. The title shows my cousin’s name. Luckily I happen to pass by the lot every day and I saw the for sale sign on it. What if I had not noticed it? I called the realtor Sue Ormonde, She didn’t even return my call. So I walked into their office and I called the broker, David Ormonde. They removed the listing after three days, after they had already accepted an offer on it. Be careful with your properties.
The people who work here are judgmental, cruel, and uncompassionate. I wouldn’t trust them or do business with them.
I tried scheduling a tour for one of the properties managed by this company and I have to say the agent I interacted with, Debbie Frugugliette, is very unprofessional. She was unresponsive and never once cared to update me on any open house or schedule me for a tour of the property after I asked several times. She does not answer phone calls, return phone calls, or text messages. She would tell me she'll call me back and never does and says she will update me of her schedule and never does. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, THEY CALLED ME AT 6:22 AM. I DID NOT REQUEST THEIR PHONE CALL EITHER. NUMEROUS COMLAINTS HAVE BEEN FILED AGAINST THEM BY ME BECAUSE THIS IS HARASSMENT.
I have spoken to Frew on several occasions and can't speak highly enough of him. He is knowledgeable, friendly and a real people person. He has a long track record of success and comes highly recommended
