Very disappointing experience. The agent I dealt with was unprofessional and spoke to people in a disrespectful and degrading manner. Instead of providing helpful and respectful service, their attitude made the situation even more frustrating. Customers deserve to be treated with basic courtesy and dignity. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and addresses the way customers are being treated.
Jay was good . Thx
