We had found a house that we loved spoke to a lender everything good to go..called for a showing meet Nellie at the house everything good..we noticed Nellie didn't try to get us the best deal just ran with our 165k max house was 169k. We never agreed to doing this and verbally told him we did not want to buy home warranty's for any buyers. watch out when you move out too. my water bill doubled to $180 during the month i wasnt living there... im filing a better business bureau complaint tomorrow. my next door neighbor who just moved out experienced the same doubled water bill.. they also require you to use the cleaning company next door that charges $350. its pretty much a scam, as they didnt clean anything, and charged $100 more then their competitors quoted. ive read all the fine print as well.. no other rental company checks every 3 months like Elite does. You think you're being ripped off because you're renting from them?? Try being a property owner and using them as a management company! NEVER!! Horrible is even too high to call them. No manners, not friendly, no NOTHING! They don't pay on time and they are very disrespectful! I'm looking forward to being out of that contract! Very Ghetto too! HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!! They are below poor! NEVER USE THEM! NEVER EVER!!!! For your sanity NEVER! 2 yrs is LONG enough for such abuse!!!
