We could not have been happier with Monica Dumesnil and the sale of our home! A handyman that came through the landlord told me they have been blocking holes before I moved in. Absolutely wonderful experience. Monica helped me through buying my first house and made it a stress free experience. Only took three weeks from our first meeting to closing day of our house. She was very knowledgeable and helped me understand the whole process every step of the way.
Wendy did and excellent job with the sale of our home. She was very responsive and always available if we had any questions for her. We had a rough first buyer which fell through (Not at all Wendy's fault, the buyer and buying agent were terrible), but we were able to quickly get back on the market and get another offer on our house. Other than the first buyers (again, not the fault of Wendy or her group), we had a wonderful experience with Wendy and the Trahan Real Estate Group.
