Jessica was also very helpful in deciding what was critical in making the home ready for sale (and what was not) ensuring money spent yielded a return. Since my primary residence is out of the area Jessica was also a BIG help in putting me in contact with local movers, handymen, painters and landscapers that did a great job at a fair price! Fantastic!!
