After signing with our agent, She tried to push low ball offers on us from what she said was just a real estate agent to come to find out. It’s a CEO of her company. Instead, the agent brought someone to view the property who was initially presented to us simply as another real estate agent. Derick Clayton is very knowledgeable, professional and super friendly. Always made sure we were comfortable in every situation. He was absolutely top notch in the process of finding our new home. He took the time to listen to our wants and made himself available any time for a showing.
