We are buying our house with the assistance of Coldwell Banker and Tomlinson with the realtor Edgardo Quiroz and we couldn’t be happier! Edgardo is an amazing person and has made this process so easy! Highly recommend!
This was my first time buying a house and I’ve never expected it to be this horrible . Hillary Templin was the selling agent and a absolute nightmare to work with . One my final walk though she just decided to not leave a key for us to get in and then couldn’t get hold her to figure what to do . She told my agent that the seller would agree to cover the roof pending what ever the roofing professional said then didn’t (straight up lied to me ) and came back with a 3k offer which is barrel 1/3 to get the roof done as it needs ... read more
My experience was horrible. I work with Elizabeth Christensen and all she cared about was that she got her paid from the buy. My best interest was never taken into consideration. The seller's agent had more say so and ran the whole deal. Not one time did she step up to do her job in negotiating properly. There were breach of contract on the seller's part that after closing fell on me. Fast forward 2 years later I ask for help with the neighbor next door with property line dispute.
