Was so lucky to have Tami Canfield as the selling agent on the property I recently bought. Even when my realtor was out of town, Tami was willing to help me with a viewing. She was so helpful and went above and beyond to make sure my home buying experience was great. Even as the buyer with her representing the seller, she looked out for my best interest. WORST PLACE EVER!! They'll up your rent with no warning, they'll never fix anything that needs to be fixed, we waited 8 months for a new water heater, they are non responsive, the dishwasher doesn't run good, the living room ac doesn't work right, the windows don't lock, and the icing on the cake THE MOLD!!! FYI there is no property management on the site and you have to pay 4.00 through an app to even do your laundry.
