BEWARE OF THIS REALTOR – 11 Franklin Delhi-- I sold this very problematic house TO Melissa Wakin Mostert, a realtor at Timberland Coldwell Banker for about $120,000, as is, last August. She's trying to unload it for $225,000 having done cosmetic repairs. Same agency deliberately witheld expensive chimney damage info whenI bought the house. Only encountering seller by chance kept me from burning it down.
