I have had nothing but good experiences buying homes with Coldwell Banker The Real Estate Group. All of the agents I have worked with are extremely professional and on top of things in every aspect with both buying and selling. Their website shows more details of properties than any other real estate company in the area.
Read every line of every contract you sign at this firm. They will back you in a corner and make you try and buy homes with defects even after your inspector finds them and they weren't disclosed in the condition report. Don't believe a word anyone here says because they will do and say anything to get you to sign their contract and then when you have just cause to terminate the contract laugh at you on the phone.
