My experience with Caldwell Banker was far from what I expected and very disappointing. You would expect that dealing with a very well known realtor company that they would also choose honest, trustworthy and reliable agents to work for them. The agent we used claimed to be a Realtor and a “Home Builder” but to come to find out she didn’t have a clue about construction and how to competently build a home according to plans and specifications.
