Teresa Perkins was the best realtor that I’ve ever had the pleasure to work with and I’ve lived all over the country and Australia. She showed me many houses in a day and after each one she discerned more of what I was looking for and what would make me happy. She then incorporated that into where we’d look next. She offered important information about the houses, their features and the area of Franklin in general. We feel she got us the best deal on an excellently built home.
It was great. Teresa made it so easy for us through this process. Not only helping with the house, but helping us get to the electric and water company. She took good care of us.
