Teresa Perkins is wonderful! She is so helpful and kind. You won't find a better agent.
Our experience with this company has been excellent. We would highly recommend to others.
Teresa Perkins was the best realtor that I’ve ever had the pleasure to work with and I’ve lived all over the country and Australia. She showed me many houses in a day and after each one she discerned more of what I was looking for and what would make me happy. She then incorporated that into where we’d look next. She offered important information about the houses, their features and the area of Franklin in general. We feel she got us the best deal on an excellently built home.
It was great. Teresa made it so easy for us through this process. Not only helping with the house, but helping us get to the electric and water company. She took good care of us.
Teresa Perkins is by far hands down the best realtor. She was always attentive to our wants. She was always available to answer questions and helped us above and beyond what we had hoped. We could not have done it without her. Our family is so thankful for her and all she has done for us. Would only recommend her to anyone. If you need a great person on your side in your restate journey she is who you need by your side.
