Do not I repeat DO NOT rent through these people. They rent out cockroach infested homes and pass the problem off to you. They are shady and deceiving. When the property manager (Donna Causey) does a walk through inspection days prior to your move out date they will tell you everything is perfectly fine and clean, then a week later you’ll receive a bill for $400.00 that gets taken out of your security deposit for deep cleaning services.
