Makenna Greenfelder is very unprofessional. She created and sent out a solicitation for business that was addressed to only one of the two homeowners. A solicitation to sell a property should always, always, always be addressed to both homeowners, ESPECIALLY when it's husband and wife. For this reason, we will not ever use her or Coldwell Banker, (who she represents), since they allowed this type of solicitation to be sent.
