We would like to share a review for Amy Watson at Sunridge Realty in Roseville. Amy is as lovely as her picture. She is warm, thoughtful, supportive and patient as well as professional. We are in our 80s and many years ago had a realtor with these same qualities, someone who knew that a house may be part of legal paperwork but a home is created by hearts which makes buying and selling complicated.. Makenna Greenfelder is very unprofessional. She created and sent out a solicitation for business that was addressed to only one of the two homeowners. A solicitation to sell a property should always, always, always be addressed to both homeowners, ESPECIALLY when it's husband and wife. For this reason, we will not ever use her or Coldwell Banker, (who she represents), since they allowed this type of solicitation to be sent.
