Anastasia is beyond knowledgeable and will not give up on you, she stuck with me through communication issues while I was out of state, after several major repair issues and over a long term sale. Her knowledge of contractors is monumental if you need repairs and if you are not able to be present she will ensure no corners are cut and repairs are done correctly. My experience was amazing. Theresa sold my house immediately last year but I ended up with poly pipes. This year she did it again. She is always available, even at night, with smiles and understanding. The extra's are great too, like providing tons of cardboard boxes, planting angels in your yard, providing sellers with extras from her church for flood victim buyers, and providing signs and cookies for people reentering the neighborhood. She creates comfort for a very stressing time and loves her job.
