Military family that just PCSed…the rental was left BETTER than we found it…complaints to follow… 1. Company just took almost half our deposit for mostly BS items. Move out paperwork states that the home must be “professionally cleaned” but doesn’t require a receipt (receipt required for carpet cleaning only.) My mother, who used to be a professional cleaner, kindly cleaned the home for us, working on it for a day (I’m sure far longer than the “professionals” they would hire), and left the place dang near spotless and smelli... read more
Worst company to work with for ANY transactions!
Entirely self oriented and wildly incompetent. Either trait would make a transaction difficult, but together you are in for weeks of needless misery and frustration to try and push through a sale. 1) As sellers rep, agreed to an earlier close, failed to fully inform the escrow company of the sellers international location, resulting in my son sitting there signing paperwork to be told, "um you can't have keys today and we dont know when.
