My experience was amazing. Theresa sold my house immediately last year but I ended up with poly pipes. This year she did it again. She is always available, even at night, with smiles and understanding. The extra's are great too, like providing tons of cardboard boxes, planting angels in your yard, providing sellers with extras from her church for flood victim buyers, and providing signs and cookies for people reentering the neighborhood. She creates comfort for a very stressing time and loves her job.
We very highly recommend Lori Hoyt to anyone wanting to buy or sell property. Her dedication to our satisfaction was evident in every interaction, from her market expertise and communication to her advocacy during negotiations. She made the stressful process of selling our mother’s home smooth and manageable. We’re so thankful for her expertise in this complex process. Military family that just PCSed…the rental was left BETTER than we found it…complaints to follow… 1. Company just took almost half our deposit for mostly BS items. Move out paperwork states that the home must be “professionally cleaned” but doesn’t require a receipt (receipt required for carpet cleaning only.) My mother, who used to be a professional cleaner, kindly cleaned the home for us, working on it for a day (I’m sure far longer than the “professionals” they would hire), and left the place dang near spotless and smelli... read more
