Worst company to work with for ANY transactions!
Entirely self oriented and wildly incompetent. Either trait would make a transaction difficult, but together you are in for weeks of needless misery and frustration to try and push through a sale. 1) As sellers rep, agreed to an earlier close, failed to fully inform the escrow company of the sellers international location, resulting in my son sitting there signing paperwork to be told, "um you can't have keys today and we dont know when. Let me say this, as many times as I got into it with them over dumb stuff, they did the right thing and gave me my whole security deposit back. They were honest and seemed like they were trying their best. Thank you.
