The location of our home was a big 10 as it was half a block from a wonderful shopping district. As for the property is was perfect for ours mall group. I would suggest though that the blinds in the home be replaced as many were broken so not allowing for privacy especially at night in the bedrooms. Replacement of the old couch would be a welcome addition also. The home was cheerful and bright. Specific directions for working the TV"s should be included due to anyone not familiar with working them is definitely an issue. New... read more

The place we stayed at was absolutely fantastic. Very spacious and clean and only one block to the beach. It also had everything you needed. Coldwell Banker was very organized and helpful. We would definitely stay again.,
Had a fabulous Girls weekend at the Sip~n~Chat cottage! House is beautifully maintained and in perfect location. Highly recommend!
