We have been working with Coldwell Banker Sol Needles for our summer vacation rental for years. Our stay this year was great. The property was clean and exactly as described Check-in was simple and easy. The communication with our agent Mike Gleason was great. We will definitely plan to work with them again next year.
I must admit that I am a little bias because I have been coming here for 20+ years. It was our first interaction with Bill Bezaire that made it feel like home from the beginning. His house was always clean and they have made it a point to add or change something every year. Be it furniture, appliances, to pictures and paint, always a change. The people at Sol Needles are great to work with. This is the 3rd or 4th time we used Sol Needles and I recommend them. The condo we rented was very nice. Clean, a fresh coat of paint and new furniture. The condo couldn't be more perfect for us. Directly across the beach and at the south end of the City of Cape May. Oh yea, the WiFi is terrible. It doesn’t work most of the time. A simple $39 WiFi extender in the room would fix that quickly.
I have gone through Coldwell Banker Sol Needles Realty for years. Darcy Dickemain has gone above and beyond to help us find our ideal vacation rental. I'd highly recommend them.
