Lisa was amazing. We were admittedly difficult clients because right after we began the closing process we left to go on a long planned trip that would have us without cell phone service for multiple weeks. Lisa worked with us to navigate the entire closing process communicating via satellite device and other family members as we could. It certainly made things challenging! We had a fabulous experience working with Lisa to buy our new home. She quickly understood our needs, likes and dislikes. She provided us much needed local insight and was proactive in managing our views to make best use of time. Once we selected the house, she kept us appraised of inspections and was very attentive to every detail. She took on a number of additional research and co-ordination tasks and was always on step ahead. She was honest and forthright which made working with her extremely pleasurable and easy.
