horrible, absolutely horrible. if any of the private info gets out they are in a huge lawsuit. DO NOT USE them
Poorly run, constant turnover of staff, hack maintenance, poor communication unless it’s your monthly reminder that your rents do! Property owners if you value your property or your tenants use somebody else.
I've been living here for 8 years in the mobile home park they are nice to talk to you they don't understand I recommend them
They are great they have new workers in the office and they make you feel not left out as a tenant. Making sure all the work orders on your house have been met. Everytime I requested minor fixes they have been very quick to get someone out to our rental property. Have been with them for a year now and so far everything is going well.
Never was able to see 279 Alouette #3. And #4 ne t door had multiple dogs which barked constantly and whose owners did not clean dog messes from front patio. P.U.
