I’ve purchased and sold 3 homes with them including buying and selling of an ocean front property. I won’t disclose the agents name but stay away from this place. Uneducated on multiple topics with multiple errors in closing process ; poor representation in negotiations and quite frankly are just push overs to sell a home. Zero help from agents, they just send emails and expect you to do it all, why pay them commission if they don’t set anything up for you?
