Diana left an unwarranted, accusatory comment on one of my business ads, implying misconduct without knowing anything about me, my business, or how we operate. That level of carelessness and unprofessionalism from a Realtor, let alone a licensed broker is alarming. If this is how she treats strangers, I would be extremely cautious working with her. If this is the standard realtors are held to, especially this brokerage. I would be concerned.
Rachael Shelley was more than helpful in finding us a home in North Idaho. She was extremely honest, upfront, and was able to find us a great home that fit right in our price range!
