Extremely unprofessional! After staying in a hotel for 3 weeks when we moved from Tennessee, we finally bought our house. The day before we sign, we find out that the AC stopped working due to one part needing replaced only to have no AC for the first two weeks we are in it and get an HVAC guy hired to find out that the AC is completely shot. After having such an amazing real estate agent in Tennessee, my daughter was not so lucky in Ohio. She worked with Angelina Grujic from Coldwell Banker Schmidt Realty (Strongville OH). She was very unhelpful and when Jordan escalated her concerns to Pietro Bonanni (the manager) he was unwilling to help her.
