Upon rental agreement, the maintenance should be done by their maintenance team. Every time I have called to get things fixed around the home, no responses from them. EVER.

My house flooded almost 2 1/2 years ago. They still haven’t done nothing. I had to do it myself. Some of their maintenance people are jokes. The only good thing is the people that work in the office. They want to try to help but the people that own the house don’t get back to him to get the things done that needs to be done.
