Very unprofessional I applied for a house rental application $45 could not wait around to hear from them call them. No response They don’t even have the common courtesy or decency to let a family know if they got the house or not Ended up going through a different Realtor got a place in two days The community warned me about them, but I gave them a try don’t do it sad
I would stay away from this company. We bought a house in 29 palms and Dajanae Stevens was the seller’s agent. She had a company do repairs for the seller of the house and they didn’t do the repairs at all. Now she REFUSES to give us the name of the company. Beyond the fact that they didn’t do the repairs, they left THEIR beer cans/bottles, a bunch of construction trash and debris, and drove over our septic tank. Which broke it and our home flooded on our move-in day! Dajanae also had her own father in my home doing repairs!... read more

Moving is always a trying process. Many pieces to puzzle- things that can go wrong, etc. From the rushed move in, to the discounted rent (due to landlord error), Amber / Erica have been epic. I look forward to leaving another review several months in- but thus far this is the best Rental company ive ever dealt with. As a property owner and rental manager for our own properties- the experience has been so good that i am contemplating them managing OUR properties. Thank you ladies, God bless
*7624 Maude Adams* They have always responded fast to maintenance requests and the leasing process was pretty easy. However, we noticed signs of previous damage to the house at move in, we noted in the inspection and continued our lives. Over time, about a year, we suspected black mold. A “handyman” was sent out and said nothing was wet so there is no black mold. Our kids were constantly sick, my pregnancy didn’t do well, and the baby was always very sick and underweight.
