Recently, I had a $500 package delivered by mistake to that same address. I reached out with proof of delivery and followed up multiple times, but they ignored me and refused to do anything to help recover it. We rented a unit from roadrunner. During the walk through we had specifically asked if the unit had AC because I have health conditions that limit my ability to tolerate heat and were told by Jessica DeLuca that it did. Upon move in we complained the central AC wasn't working and were told someone would be out to fix it only to be informed by the technician that there was no AC, only swamp cooling at the property. Very unprofessional I applied for a house rental application $45 could not wait around to hear from them call them. No response They don’t even have the common courtesy or decency to let a family know if they got the house or not Ended up going through a different Realtor got a place in two days The community warned me about them, but I gave them a try don’t do it sad
I would stay away from this company. We bought a house in 29 palms and Dajanae Stevens was the seller’s agent. She had a company do repairs for the seller of the house and they didn’t do the repairs at all. Now she REFUSES to give us the name of the company. Beyond the fact that they didn’t do the repairs, they left THEIR beer cans/bottles, a bunch of construction trash and debris, and drove over our septic tank.
