Super super skeezy and unethical practices. My wife's clients offered 20K over the listing price of a property, no inspection, and appraisal difference covered. The listing agent Jan quit returning her calls and finally responded in a condescending way that the "clients were just tired at this point." We later found out that the transaction went in house (Seller and buyer agents from the same office) for 20K less than what what my wife's clients offered.
