I highly recommend Jesse as he’s one of the most nicest realtors out there! He’s very knowledgable as well as down-to-earth as he loves spending time talking to his potential clients when we has downtime. He’s also bilingual but very fluent in English as there are no language barriers!
He made an appoint to view our home with a client but never showed. Our realtor called and text him and he never returned either. This guy has no respect for people and their lives. DO NO USE HIM.
Unfortunately, my experience with Jesse Pann was very disappointing. I attempted to view several rental homes, but communication was consistently poor. Calls and texts were rarely returned, and follow-through on promises—such as call-backs and home previews—never happened. I was told multiple times that I would receive updates or be shown specific properties, but those promises were never kept. Reliability and responsiveness are key in real estate, and sadly, that was lacking here. Would NOT recommend !!!
