Totally picked the wrong realtor. Bill Pilgar was no help at all in selling our home. He came to our home and brought another realtor. Our home was selling at over 4 million. We thought his role would be stronger considering the price point and being a water front property. But he handed it over to her. She had not much experience at all especially with our price point.
