Emma Spina was the realtor we used to move into our home in Apollo Beach, Florida. She did an excellent job in explaining the home buying process and is very familiar with the local market. Since we were purchasing from out of state, Emma was able to check on our new build and send us pictures as well as attend one of our pre inspections since we were unable to make the trip.
