I attended an open house hosted by Dianna Corbin Alvira and was not impressed. She appeared inexperienced and could not answer basic questions about the property, including HOA information, flood zone status, roof age, permits, disclosures, or recent repairs. She also was not able to clearly explain the process for offers, financing, or next steps. The interaction felt pushy and dismissive rather than informative.
