Coldwell Banker has managed our property well for many years. Vlad L. has managed our rental home out of the Dayton NV office for 3 1/2 years now and has consistently gone above and beyond in caring for our home and in our communications with him. He always responds quickly and courteously to any concerns and is knowledgeable for the market and for our tenants' concerns. We've been extremely happy with him managing our place.
Vlad is managing a property for me. I am very pleased with how he deals with the tenants, with various contractors as they may be needed. He communicates and keeps me updated regarding any activity critical to the condition of the property and the well being of the tenants. I highly recommend Vlad should you wish to have your property secure and well managed.
