I hired Stephanie based on a general referral from my realtor in North Carolina. She is less then knowledgeable on laws related to sell/buying a home with VA mortgages. She did not stand by her word. She said she would be there with the VA inspector and never showed. She also failed to show on other appointments. She allowed potential buyer to come to our home without her or his realtor or our permission. He just showed up and began trying to get our contractor to do additional work on our dime. Horrible experience.
